Screen settings, lighting, and device displays can also affect how product colors appear online.

Minor variations that fall within normal production tolerances are not considered defects.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not guarantee that we will accept or fulfill it.

We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including:

Some products may be produced at different facilities. Items from the same order may therefore ship separately and arrive in multiple packages.

9. Delivery Addresses

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.

We are not responsible for an order that is delayed, returned, lost, or delivered incorrectly because the customer provided an incorrect, incomplete, or outdated address.

If an order must be reproduced or shipped again because of an address error supplied by the customer, additional production and shipping charges may apply.

Because our products are made to order, we generally do not accept standard returns or exchanges for:
